First off, a big thanks to you for receiving and reading The Media Bytes emails. My goal as the owner of Sac City Tech is to provide valuable information for you on a regular basis. This week instead of providing hints, tips and technical information, I just want to take a few minutes and talk about what Sac City Tech is about and how we do business.
It’s far too common these days to receive poor customer service. My goal is to make sure that does not happen with Sac City Tech clients and prospects. So, how do I do that? Checkout my list below:
Transparency – Full disclosure of what to expect before paying for any product or service. No Surprises.
Honesty – Complete, open and honest communication. You won’t be sold something you don’t want or need. If Sac City Tech is unable provide what you are looking for, you will be told upfront and the job will not be accepted.
Integrity – I work hard to insure that Sac City Tech and it’s clients are on the same page with each knowing what to expect of the other. If it’s promised, I work hard to insure it happens. If issues arise, I’l work hard to make it right. If we aren’t a good fit to do business together, you will be referred to someone that I feel can better serve you.
